Getting things together for what I hope will be a nice, soft, airy, non crumbly gluten free bread. From what I have read so far, the key just may be xanthan gum. So, went shopping on Amazon.com and bought some xanthan gum and we shall see how it works.

I did it! Yeah, gluten free bread, made by me and it actually taste good and is soft. I’m so happy! 🙂
